Are you new or thinking of moving to South Saint Paul?
Well here's what I can tell you.....South Saint Paul is a community in which I have almost always been able to find a familiar face that will offer a smile. You know a friendly face. Someone who would be neighborly to you. In fact, I sold a home this past winter and experienced this very thing.
I was holding an open house for one of my sellers on a Sunday in which we received a few inches on snow. The home I was selling was vacant. The sellers did not have a chance to clear the sidewalks before the open house. Here's were the SSP community comes to life. Shortly after I arrived I began setting up my home fliers. I heard the sounds of shovel's clearing a path for all to travel. So, I was curious and looked out the front window.....and what did I see? Yhep! Both neighbors from either side of the home shoveling the sidewalk in front of my sellers home.
Now that's what I'm talk'n about! That's how I know South Saint Paul.
