South Saint Paul (SSP) has a number of homes that were built between the 1900's and 1960's. Many of the homes here in SSP have two to three bedrooms and one to two baths. There are two more commonly constructed styles of homes in SSP. They are the two bedroom one bath rambler and the three bedroom one bath story and a half. Both homes typically have a foundation size between 750sqft to 1,100sqft. Most of the lots in SSP are 40 - 60 feet wide with about 120 - 140 feet deep. Don’t' be discouraged if you are interested in a newer larger home. There are many homes to choose from that are larger and work well for entertaining or growing families.
